The World News Again

And it's that time where I find myself blaghing about the world news again. And I have blaghed about the world news on this blog before. And so this time between reading the headline news of polizei killings of Eric Garner and now the shooting of a Missouri teenager by polizei and the list goes on and on of seemingly the majority being black men losing their lives to the hands of legalized gun violence by the occupying army of polizei in this world since seemingly the beginning of time that wants to say Occupy the NRA. And this is what a police state looks like. And then there is the Middle East news that makes me wonder if the world is going to hell in a hand basket when there is a world at war that makes me want to say Occupy the NRA again, that in my religious fanaticism makes me want to post this Prophecy of John of Jerusalem post that I have posted on this blog before in times past. And then there is that Supermoon on this day. And I am not sure whether to say have a nice day in this blog post or not. And guns are the worst invention ever. And what if anything, does this have to do with a No Police State.

Hey again bloggers, or whoever could be reading this blog. And it's been a blogger while since I posted one of those Temple Mount of Jerusalem that also wants to be the Dome of the Rock photos as in that photo above. And being that all eyes are on Egypt, Israel, Jerusalem, the middle east, and even Jesus himself these headline news days and web 2.0, social media, user generated content times, those religious thoughts come to mind. And so I thought to continue to post another excerpt from "The Prophecy of John of Jerusalem" on this blog in an attempt to maintain content for this blog and my other blog whenever possible.
The birth pains increase and the blind multiply.

For the blind cannot see, no matter if Jesus stands right in front of them.

Surely Lord, is there even more to save?

A Thousand Years
The Prophecy of John of Jerusalem

When the Year Thousand that comes after Year Thousand begins
Men will know how to make mirages live
The senses will be deceived and they will believe they are touching that which is not
They will follow paths which are seen only by the eyes
And in this way dreams will be able to come alive.

But man will no longer know how to separate
That which is from that which is not
He will be lost inside false labyrinths
Those who will know how to make the mirages live
Will take advantage of the naive man by deceiving him
And a lot of men will become grovelling dogs.

When the Year Thousand that comes after Year Thousand begins
The animals which Noah had embarked on his Ark
Will be no more in Man’s hands
Than beasts transformed according to his will
And who will worry about their lifetime of suffering?

Man will have made each species into what he wanted
And he will have destroyed numerous ones
What will the man have become who will have changed the laws of life
Who will have made the living animal a piece of clay
Will he be the equal of God or the child of the Devil?

When the Year Thousand that comes after Year Thousand begins
You must be afraid for the child of man
Poison and despair will lie in wait for him
He will be desired only selfishly and not for his own sake or for the world
He will be tracked down for sexual pleasure and sometimes his body will be sold.

But even the one being protected by his family
Will be in danger of having a dead mind
He will live inside games and mirages
Which will guide him because there will be no more educators
No-one will have taught him to hope and how to act.

When the Year Thousand that comes after Year Thousand begins
Man will think that he is God when he will be nothing more than a baby
He will hit out, always overcome by anger and jealousy,
But he will be armed with the power that he has taken
And blind Prometheus he will be able to destroy everything around him.

He will remain a dwarf of the soul and he will have the strength of a giant
He will take enormous strides forward but he will not know which road to take
His head will be heavy with knowledge
But he will not know why he lives and dies
He will be like the fire always gesticulating or the child who whimpers.

When the Year Thousand that comes after Year Thousand begins
Whole regions will be prey to war
Beyond the Roman limes and even on the former territory of the Empire, men of same cities will cut each others throats
Here it will be war between tribes and there between religious believers.

The Jews and the children of Allah will unendingly oppose each other
And the land of Christ will be their battlefield
But the infidels will want to defend the purety of their faith everywhere
And opposite them will be only doubt and power
Then death will advance everywhere like the flag of the new times

When the Year Thousand that comes after Year Thousand begins
A multitude of men will be excluded from human life
They will have neither rights, nor roof, nor bread,
They will be naked and will have only their bodies to sell
They will be pushed far away from the opulent towers of Babel.

They will swarm like a remorse and a menace
They will occupy entire regions and will proliferate
They will listen to the preachings of vengeance
And they will launch an attack on the proud towers
The time of barbaric invasions will have come.

And when I read those current events of Egypt and the middle east in the headline news these days and times, those thoughts of religion come to mind. And below are some of those sayings that I have come across in my internet travels.

He will speak of justice and of right And his faith will be burning and decisive.
He will take his revenge for the Crusade.

The noise of killing will roll like a storm upon the earth There will be barbarians among the soldiers of the last legions.
The infidels will live in the heart of the Holy Cities. Each in turn will be barbarous, faithless and lawless. There will be no more law and order.

Barbarians will massacre soldiers.
The infidels will slit the throats of the faithful. Brutality will be everywhere and the cities will die.

A Thousand Years
The Prophecy of John of Jerusalem

When the Year Thousand that comes after Year Thousand begins
Man will have changed the face of the earth
He will think himself the master and Ruler
Of the forests and the flocks
He will have burrowed into the ground and the sky
And left his mark in the rivers and the seas.
But the earth will be naked and sterile
The Air will become burning hot and the water will stink
Life will wilt because man will use up the richness of the world
And man will be alone like a wolf in hatred of himself

When the Year Thousand that comes after Year Thousand begins
The child too will be sold
Some people will use him like a quintain
To get sexual pleasure from his new skin
Others will treat him like a servile animal.
They will forget the sacred weakness of the child
And his mystery
He will be a foal to be trained
Like a lamb to be bled, to be slaughtered
And man will be nothing more than savage cruelty.

The opinions and the minds of men will be imprisoned
They will be intoxicated and will not know it
They will take images and reflections for the truth of the world
They will be treated like sheep.
Then the flesh-eaters will come
Rapacious people will herd them
The better to lead them to the cliff’s edge
And turn them against each other
They will be skinned for their wool and their leather
And man if he survives will be stripped of his soul

Rulers with no religious beliefs will reign
They will issue orders to unsuspecting and passive crowds of people
They will hide their faces and keep their names secret
And their castles will be hidden in the forests.
But they will decide the fate of everything and of everyone
No-one will participate in the meetings of their order
Everyone will be a true serf and will believe himself to be a free man and a knight
The only ones to rise up will be those of the untamed cities
And of the heretic faiths
But first of all they will be defeated and burnt alive

Gog And Magog

And in my religious fanaticism, I am starting to wonder if doomsday and the apocalypse are near or here and if this war of Russia and Georgia that has almost seemingly come from out of nowhere with its recent headlines of war and oil could be the beginning of the end of the world and the beginning stages of World War III. And did these Russia, Israel headlines all start around 08/08/08, the beginning of the summer Olympics? And then what about that 12/12/12 end of the world thing. and what would that Nostradamus, Quatrain X.74 have to say about this and that seven year tribulation. And is this the war of Gog and Magog? And who or what is Gog and Magog? And I have always wondered if Russia, Gog and Magog had something to do with the end of the world and prophecy of some sort that is beyond me at the moment to even attempt to try and comprehend. And in my 2012 fanaticism thoughts and those top ten signs of the end of the world, I have always looked out for signs of Russia and WWIII in there somewhere. And I have been following this year 2007 and 2008 and that number of four years of something or someone to appear during these years for a while now, that passes me by at the moment. And what does this all mean. And that internet bible dictionary Wikipedia does seems to have entry for this Gog and Magog as follows:

7. And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, :8. And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.

And what this all may mean, it is beyond me to comprehend. Though I do believe these recent events may be found in prophecy somewhere. And so I just came across this posting I posted a while ago as follows, if you believe:

The Holy War

Easter is upon us. It is the Holy Week and Jesus, religious articles and programing are gracing the pages of publications and airwaves everywhere. While this topic is too extensive to write about in one paragraph, I am attempting to summarize it. Just a couple of days ago I was watching a program on CNN about the end times. Is it the end of the world? There were two guests on who had written a book about the end of the world who could have been speaking right off of the website Prophecy Central http://bible-prophecy.com , a world of information about biblical prophecy that details an outline of the future. I am a religious fanatic and I believe we are living in the last days, though this has been said since the beginning of time many of the bible prophecies and scriptures are being fulfilled in our time. I believe in the Mayan calendar 2012 theory also, that when their calendar ends in 2012 the world is over. And I also believe that Babylon is New York, The Statue of Liberty, a great whore who sits on a beast having seven heads over many waters, nations and tongues with ten horns on her head who burns with fire. The CNN program detailed something like: Israel became a nation in 1948, captured Jerusalem in 1967 plus 40 years, a bible generation equals 2007, a super sign the end is near. The Battle of Armageddon, World War III, the Antichrist, and the mark of the beast will occur in 2007, now that's a really scary sign, and Iran preparing for nuclear war against Israel, possible Ezekiel's war of Gog and Magog. And the false prophets will say "Peace, peace" when there is no peace. And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows. Matthew 24:6-8. Here is a prophetic top 10 predictions of the end of the world from a prophecy website to be interpreted: 1. Global Terrorism 2. Unrest in the Middle East 3. National I.D. Initiatives 4. Military buildup 5. The worlds growing focus on Jerusalem 6. The European Unions political merger . 7. Ecumenicalism (One World Religion) 8. Civil liberty concerns 9. The collapse of morality 10. China's growing economic and military might.
The microprocessor and microchips fit in there somewhere. Watch and be ready for the return of Jesus Christ and if the year 2007 passes and no end of the world.......

A Thousand Years

When the Year Thousand that comes after Year Thousand begins
Men will be so numerous over the lands
That they will resemble an ant’s nest
Into which a stick has been poked
They will swarm everywhere and death will crush them underfoot
Like frightened insects.
Great movements will push them from one country to another
Brown skins will mix with white skins
The Christian faith with that of the Infidel
Some will preach sworn peace
But everywhere there will be fighting among enemy tribes.

Occupy Psychiatry

And on this day finds itself as Occupy Wall Street day one thousand and something. And Occupy Wall Street is still moving fast, I think. And then there is Black Lives Matter, and there is a March to shut down Rikers - Justice for Kalief Browder! No to criminalization! Facebook event for all things #blacklivesmatter related and beyond. And the only thing constant is change and some stories do not end as you expect. You can only play with the cards you are dealt with in life. And a bunch of other philosophies, random thoughts and sayings on this blogging day. And I have blogged about psychiatry and the mental death system on this blog before in times past, so much that I find myself recycling those same posts on this blagh every so often. And there is a Google+ group called  Occupy Psychiatry, and a Facebook group called Speak Out Against Psychiatry also. And then there is that book, Mass Murderers in White Coats : Psychiatric Genocide in Nazi Germany and the United States. And then there are those articles I find myself coming across in internetland every so often about psych trickery with titles like America's Largest Mental Hospital Is a Jail and Study: 70% of People on Antidepressants Don’t Have Depression and Medical holocaust: Psych drugs have killed more than 5 million people over the last 10 years . And most people in psych cia trick hospitals, it is their own family that put them there. I have never believed in mental illness. I have always thought of mental illness as problems in living. Psychiatry is an art and not a science. An industry bigger than the war industry. And in other thoughts, and then there is Occupy the NRA and the latest gun violence headline that reads, "Charleston Shooting: What the Gunman Allegedly Told Churchgoers Before the Shooting". Guns are the worst invention ever. If only guns could be banished from every human being on planet earth.  And then there is that age of Pisces, age of Aquarius thing going on, I think. Wake up world. On the winter solstice, December 21, 2012, the end of the world isn't coming, it is simply the end of an age - the Age of Pisces - followed by the Age of Aquarius. At the present time we are going through a transitional change. And the description of that Occupy Psychiatry Google+ group reads something like: 

"Occupy Psychiatry. Occupy Big Pharma. Psychiatry Kills. Abolish forced psychiatric treatment. During Nazi Germany the "mentally ill" were the first group killed by the nazis and were required to wear a yellow star badge. This community is inspired by Occupy Wall Street."

And so I guess it seems to be recycle this blog day again today, as this is yet another one of those posts that found itself on this blog a while ago in an attempt to maintain content for this blog and my other blog whenever web 2.0 social media user generated content blaghers block possible. Oh, and by the way, these days and times finds itself as Occupy Wall Street Day 87 of another Occupy Wall Street day.

Psych Trickery

And I am not sure what this all may mean, but these headlines keep repeating themselves, time after time, day after day. And though the names may change, the story remains the same. Another person takes another ones life because they were on psychiatric drugs. And the latest headlines being "NYPD Rips Taser Cops", an article that is to be found in last weeks NY Daily News. And this article seems as if the polizei are now using taser guns as a license to subdue someone, and the mentally ill to where that person loses their life. And this person was called an emotionally disturbed person, an EDP, or every day people. And I do not believe in mental illness. I think of mental illness as problems in living. Psychiatry is an art and not a science. And I do know that psychiatry kills and that psychiatrists are mass murders in white coats, as psychiatry and the mental health death system were born during Nazi Germany where the mentally ill were the first group killed by the nazis and were required to wear a yellow star badge. And I oppose involuntary psychiatric intervention because it is a violation of an individuals right to control his or her own soul, mind and body. And I oppose forced psychiatric procedures such as drugging, electroshock, psychosurgery, restraints, solitary confinement, and "aversive behaviour modification". And I oppose the psychiatric system because it is inherently tyrannical. And I oppose the psychiatric system because it is an extralegal parallel police force which suppresses cultural dissent. And I oppose that psych trickery for a whole lot of other reasons. And it is my hope that forced psychiatric treatment could be abolished. No one is free while others are oppressed. And I know that common neuroleptic psychiatric drugs such as Thorazine, Haldol, Prolixin, Navane, Mellaril, Stelazine, Compazine, Dartal, Daxolin, Lidone, Loxitane, Moban, Orap, Permitil, Prozac, Proketazine, Quide, Repoise, Serentil, Sparine, Taractan, Tindal, Trilafon, Vesprin and others cause brain damage and tardive dyskinesia. And it is these tranquilizers which cause homicidal and suicidal thoughts in individuals, creating more and more of these "A mental person takes another persons life" headlines. And so I thought to post this blog entry again that I posted from some time a while ago:

And there it is in the headlines in the news again today. The AM New York says it was the fourth shooting at a U.S. school in a week. Another person has lost their life to the latest rampage of the day. It is in the news on a daily basis so much that I am just going to repost a blog entry I posted just a few days ago:

There is was in the headlines again yesterday. A rampage occurred in a different state of America everyday this past week and another person has lost their life to gun violence with no end in sight. And it seems as if I could almost devote this blog to reposting and repeating this blog entry over and over on a daily basis with no end in sight. And The Villager has interesting statistics in an article titled ""Lower East Siders blast back against gun violence", New Yorkers Against Gun Violence, told a forum that 30,000 people a year are killed in gun violence nationally. And yet another person has lost their life to gun violence, and everyday someone loses their lives to acts of gun violence for whatever reason and no reason at all except for the fact that guns have been invented. It is a story that has been told in yesterdays headlines and will be told in tomorrows headlines with no end in sight. It is an industry that feeds on itself, advertisement and sensational nationalism breeds crime which breeds news, which breeds crime, which breeds more advertisement which breeds more crime. Will the cycle of the beast that has it's grip on humanity ever end. Should not guns be abolished from humanity as a whole, from everyone on the face of planet earth. And then there is that constitutional 4th amendment, the right to bear arms that should be abolished or rewritten to abolish guns and replace them with sticks and stones or something. The idea that property, material goods are worth more than life. It seems as if it is that story "The Emperor Wears No Clothes" and the whole world is paying with the loss of human life which seems to be a disposal commodity in the war industry of people against humanity. Are the slaughters of wars debasing the value of human life? Will the beast, who or whatever it is, ever release it's grip on mankind? Are the standards of social behavior declining? Is there a worldwide moral breakdown? Is society collapsing? Where is the world headed, is there hope? And one could turn the page of the newspaper and forget about these stories and daily atrocities of the world, yet they still exist. And I watched that film Bowling For Columbine by Michael Moore the other day. It is an amazing documentary to me never seen before in the history of time. And the on the back cover jacket for this film it says: "Acclaimmed filmaker Michael Moore (Roger & Me) takes aim at America's love affair with guns and violence in this Oscar winning film that "demands attention" (People)! It was reported in the Times and the Post Wednesday:

The killer had been taking anti-depressants.

All too often in the present age, we hear the tragic news of a senseless massacre somewhere in the country. Experience has shown, that the killer has almost always, if not absolutely always, been someone who had been prescribed anti-depressants.

The man who shot someone at this place had been prescribed an anti-depressant whose classic symptom is extreme rage directed at one specific person. The killers in the recent massacres in three different states, also one in another state, had been taking various prescription anti depressants.

And this is not a small and isolated phenomenon, but rather a deliberate and systematic poisoning of the bodies and minds of the American people, on an epidemic scale.

The concentration of power, Mr. Moneybags, the State, which controls the American military-industrial complex and the pharmaceutical chemical companies that are an integral part of that system, the State, which, as Eisenhower warned, would one day gain undue influence and endanger our Liberties, has an interest in promoting this epidemic scourge of prescription drug use. Hundreds of billions of dollars a year, are made by the corporations that sell these drugs. It is big business. In addition, the State which experience has shown, for thousands of years all over the globe, tends to want to empower itself and dis-empower the People, gets exactly that benefit from this epidemic of drug use. Power and authority, competency and incompetency breeds corruption. It dis-empowers individuals by making them unhealthy. And it dis-empowers the community and the nation, by making people distrustful of each other; by making people think that their neighbor is a crazy person who they must be protected from; by persuading the People to accept, even to demand, increased police power of the State to protect them. Under such conditions even the will to independence vanishes.

The innovations of scientists and engineers are stolen and subverted by the concentrations of power; a virtue has become a vice, and chemical technology, which can and of right ought to be a liberating force in society, becomes enslaving.

Doctors are encouraged, by the drug industry, to prescribe artificial drugs to their patients. It is a regular practice, for the drug companies to pay a doctor a fee every time that doctor prescribes one of their drugs. It is no secret. In this way, the basic essential character of the American medical profession becomes one of conflict of interest.

The companies that make these drugs exert a great deal of pressure upon the mass media. There are huge advertising contracts, and there is an overlap of ownership between the drug companies and the media companies. The fact that a mass murderer was taking prescription drugs, is one of those things that will show up once in the newspapers, but is immediately and finally buried, and mum becomes the word.

There have been a thousand analyses of the killer in papers, of his history, his personality, his psychological problems; there have been a thousand demands for increased police powers; there have been a thousand calls for the outlawing of guns, and a general de-clawing of the People. But has anyone asked, how is it that society produces so many sick people?

Prescription anti-depressants are known to be a common cause of suicide; they are known to be a constant presence in senseless massacres. Surely the number of individual murders caused by these drugs must be many times greater than the number of massacres. Hugh? Is not the problem with guns that guns are sold everywhere to anyone at all, and not the people. And there was a sales excerpt in this past weeks Sunday newspaper for a sports store. This advertisement was for the hunting section of their store and it pictured a man dressed in camouflage with a gun tossed over his shoulder and there were photos of guns and rifles with brand names and fancy descriptions for sale all over the page. Are people animals who are people to be hunted? Is hunting for animals and people now considered a sport to be sold in the malls of America and on sales brochures next to roller skates and advertised in the papers for all to see. Is this not the same? Is not the problem that the images of guns are found in television, film, commercials, posters, newspapers, cartoons, video games and marketing and advertisements everywhere these days. Does not advertising influence society. I could cut and paste my blog entries over and over in my appeal to banish guns from every human being on planet earth. Guns are the worst invention of a death industry ever. Everyday someone loses their lives to random acts of gun violence for no reason at all except for the fact that guns have been invented. And there it is in the headlines in the news again today. The AM New York says it was the fourth shooting at a U.S. school in a week. The fact that a mass murderer was taking prescription drugs, is one of those things that will show up once in the newspapers, but is immediately and finally buried, and mum becomes the word.

There have been a thousand analyses of the killer in papers, of his history, his personality, his psychological problems; there have been a thousand demands for increased police powers; there have been a thousand calls for the outlawing of guns, and a general de-clawing of the People. But has anyone asked, how is it that society produces so many sick people?

Prescription anti-depressants are known to be a common cause of suicide; they are known to be a constant presence in senseless massacres. Surely the number of individual murders caused by these drugs must be many times greater than the number of massacres. And if there are so many suicides and murders, how many people taking pharmaceuticals must be gravely suffering, but have not quite yet arrived at the point of suicide or murder?

This epidemic of drug use, this deliberate poisoning of the bodies and minds of the American people, this deliberate, and thus far largely successful, did-empowerment of the American people, must stop. It is our purpose to reveal this truth to the American people, so that we may once again live in a sane and healthy society and the tragic deaths of so many good people in this State shall not have been in vain.

A Gun Bill

Okay so here's another one of those posts that was written on this blog some time a while ago. It's just that hey, it's easier to recycle this blog sometimes in that what to write on this blog for the sake of maintaining content whenever possible bloggers block, I think...

There was a headline in the news yesterday on the Yahoo homepage that read "Gun bill inspired by "A place where gun violence occurred", and the article went on to say something about the mentally ill will be targeted and asked for documentation when they go to buy guns. Hugh? Is not the problem with guns that guns are sold everywhere to anyone at all, and not the people. And there was a sales excerpt in this past weeks Sunday newspaper for a sports store. This advertisement was for the hunting section of their store and it pictured a man dressed in camouflage with a gun tossed over his shoulder and there were photos of guns and rifles with brand names and fancy descriptions for sale all over the page. Are people animals who are people to be hunted? Is hunting for animals and people now considered a sport to be sold in the malls of America and on sales brochures next to roller skates and advertised in the papers for all to see. Is this not the same? Is not the problem that the images of guns are found in television, film, commercials, posters, newspapers, cartoons, video games and marketing and advertisements everywhere these days. Does not advertising influence society. I could cut and paste my blog entries over and over in my appeal to abolish guns. Guns are the worst invention of an industry ever. Everyday someone loses their lives to random acts of gun violence for no reason at all except for the fact that guns have been invented. It is a story that has been told yesterday and will be told tomorrow with no end in sight. It is an industry that feeds on itself, advertisement breeds crime which breeds news, which breeds crime, which breeds more advertisement which breeds more crime. Will the cycle of the beast that has it's grip on humanity ever end. Should not guns be abolished from humanity as a whole, from everyone on the face of planet earth. And then there is that constitutional 4th amendment, the right to bear arms that should be abolished or rewritten to abolish guns and replace them with sticks and stones or something. The idea that property, material goods are worth more than life. And the whole world is paying with the loss of human life which seems to be a disposal commodity in the war industry of people against humanity. And my friend gave me a flyer as we were discussing the latest atrocity of the day in relation to gun violence. It is a flyer she received back in April at Union Square Park of New York City. And it is a flyer about gun violence and psychiatry. The Pharmaceutical industry is bigger than the war industry. Psychiatry Kills. Abolished forced psychiatric treatment. And what's that "One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest" film by Ken Kesey all about anyway. That's a whole another blog posting. For all things human rights and psych cia trickery and alternatives to the mental death system, Mindfreedom is a great website to visit. I am one voice, one blogger. Is another world possible. Peace on earth and goodwill to all mankind. And what does this have to do with a No Police State?

All too often in the present age, we hear the tragic news of a senseless massacre somewhere in the country. Experience has shown, that the killer has almost always, if not absolutely always, been someone who had been prescribed anti-depressants.

The killers with names were kids who had been prescribed the anti-depressant ritalin.
The man who shot someone at this place had been prescribed an anti-depressant whose classic symptom is extreme rage directed at one specific person. The killers in the recent massacres in three different states, also one in another state, had been taking various prescription anti depressants.

Pharmaceutical drugs are prescribed, not as a last resort but as a first thought, not hesitantly but hastily and with excess. They are not properly used, but abused, with no thought of the side effects of taking chemicals which nature did not produce and evolution did not plan for us to be subjected to, like bug spray or insecticide. And this is not a small and isolated phenomenon, but rather a deliberate and systematic poisoning of the bodies and minds of the American people, on an epidemic scale.

The concentration of power, Mr. Moneybags, the State, which controls the American military-industrial complex and the pharmaceutical chemical companies that are an integral part of that system, the State, which, as Eisenhower warned, would one day gain undue influence and endanger our Liberties, has an interest in promoting this epidemic scourge of prescription drug use. Hundreds of billions of dollars a year, are made by the corporations that sell these drugs. It is big business. In addition, the State which experience has shown, for thousands of years all over the globe, tends to want to empower itself and dis-empower the People, gets exactly that benefit from this epidemic of drug use. Power and authority, competency and incompetency breeds corruption. It dis-empowers individuals by making them unhealthy. And it dis-empowers the community and the nation, by making people distrustful of each other; by making people think that their neighbor is a crazy person who they must be protected from; by persuading the People to accept, even to demand, increased police power of the State to protect them. Under such conditions even the will to independence vanishes.

The innovations of scientists and engineers are stolen and subverted by the concentrations of power; a virtue has become a vice, and chemical technology, which can and of right ought to be a liberating force in society, becomes enslaving.

Doctors are encouraged, by the drug industry, to prescribe artificial drugs to their patients. It is a regular practice, for the drug companies to pay a doctor a fee every time that doctor prescribes one of their drugs. It is no secret. In this way, the basic essential character of the American medical profession becomes one of conflict of interest.

The companies that make these drugs exert a great deal of pressure upon the mass media. There are huge advertising contracts, and there is an overlap of ownership between the drug companies and the media companies. And being that all eyes are on Egypt and the middle east in the headline news these days and time, those religious thoughts come to mind. And so I thought to continue to post another excerpt from "The Prophecy of John of Jerusalem" on this blog in an attempt to maintain content for this blog and my other blog whenever possible.

The birth pains increase and the blind multiply.

For the blind cannot see, no matter if Jesus stands right in front of them.

Surely Lord, is there even more to save?
When they only scoff and mock and are filled with evil thoughts?

Surely Lord, you know the hearts of men.

A Thousand Years
The Prophecy of John of Jerusalem

When the Year Thousand that comes after Year Thousand begins
A lot of men will remain seated with their arms crossed
Or will wander without knowing where, with glazed eyes
For they will no longer have a forge to beat metal
And no field to cultivate

They will be like a seed which cannot take root
Roaming around and owning nothing, humiliated and desperate
The youngest and the oldest often homeless
They will have only war to save them
And they will start by fighting themselves

Illnesses from the water from the sky and from the earth
Will attack man and endanger him
He will want to revive that which he has destroyed
And protect that which remains
He will be afraid of the days to come.

But it will be very late
The desert will swallow up the land
And water will be deeper and deeper
It will flow some days
Taking everything like a flood
And the next day there won’t be enough for the land
And the air will eat away the bodies of the weakest.

The earth will quake in several places
And the cities will fall down
Everything that will have been built without heeding the wise ones
Will be endangered and destroyed
Mud will submerge towns
And the ground will open under the Palaces.

Man will persist for his pride is his folly

But fire will destroy the new Romes
And in the accumulated ruins
The poor and the lawless will loot in spite of the Legions
The abandoned riches

The sun will burn the earth
The Air will no longer be a veil which protects from the fire
It will be only a curtain with holes
And the burning light will eat away skins and eyes.

The sea will rise like boiling water
Cities and seasides will be covered
And entire continents will disappear
Men will take refuge on the heights
And they will rebuild already forgetting that which has happened.
