A Tompkins Square Halloween Concert

Well it's that time of year again where another one of those Halloween's have rolled around. And in between reading those headline news of the day, where every headline reads more horrifying than the next, I found myself at another one of those The Shadow concerts in that New York City area at Tompkins Square Park this past weekend.  And this concert was a Tompkins Square Halloween concert.  And the Facebook event invite for that concert read something like:

Come celebrate the spirits of Halloween in our beloved TOMPKINS SQUARE PARK!!

And there was merchandise, merchandise and more merchandise to be sold, and music, music and more music to be heard, and costumes, costumes and more costumes to be seen.  And every picture tells a story, I think, as in those somewhat blurry photos that find themselves posted above.
