A New Jersey Music And Art Event

Hey again bloggers, or whoever could be reading this blog. Okay, so this is another one of those posts for when I am wondering what to post in an attempt to maintain content for this blog and my other blagh whenever bloggers block possible. And so there's always events one can blog about. And so then there's that Sustainable JC SJC Green Drinks + Art 2013 event that's going on this week, February 21st, as part of that Sustainable JC Green Drinks + Art 2013 Winter/Spring Jazz Series that's going on at The Culinary Conference Center at Hudson County Community College according to that Facebook event invite. And that college seem to be found in that state of New Jersey across the river from that city of New York. And this event seems to be all about saving the world, music, music and music and art, art and more art. And so I thought to post that Occupy Art photo and this occupy art show blast from the past website that may find themselves as part of this event also. Ditto... and that video that finds itself posted above, well that was actually news speak posted on this blog after this event came to pass.  And that Sustainable Jersey City Meetup event reads something like as follows. Occupy Wall Street Worldwide.

SJC GREEN DRINKS + ART 2013 !!
WINTER / SPRING JAZZ SERIES
It's all about fun and great networking !!
This monthly SustainableJC.org celebration brings sustainability minded folks interested in enjoying some down time together into a fabulous vibe community we've begun to build up at Journal Square.  We will continue to hold this special mixer the 3rd Thursday of every month at our partner venue, HCCC's Culinary Conference Center.
Started last June with our outdoor patio party gatherings, we've committed to bringing in a steady stream of Eco-Sensitive Musicians and Artists as part of our "How To Green Your Neighborhood" education mission; alongside our workshop and demonstration project focus, these entertainment evenings offer delicious, locally sourced food and beverages (at VERY MODEST prices) and an opportunity to learn something about sustainability and what that means for JC.
All are welcome and if you're interested in helping us to design these events let us know - the more cultural creatives on hand the richer these gatherings become.
