Glasses

Opticals, eye glasses, glasses, eye wear. However one calls those objects to be found here on planet earth that people wear to help see better, I have seen plenty of them around town and beyond throughout my travels here on planet earth. And usually that eye wear comes in many shapes, designs and styles in today's days and times. And as I can recall from those photos from long lore and decades ago, it seemed like people were wearing those black horn rimmed glasses and no other styles may have existed other than those black horned rimmed glasses, maybe. And so now with today's technological advances, with some of those eyeglass designs, one can choose from some really fancy colors. And I even think I saw someone with some polka dotted wooden eye glasses the other day, and I think that person told me her glasses were custom made, or something like that. And so if you happen to find yourself in search of eye wear, I would imagine that with the invention of all things internet, one can now buy them online without ever having to leave home, or at least without ever having to leave a computer. And with the invention of the computer, finding those eyeglasses can be just a website visit away.

An Arizona California May Day

And so looking at that Gregorian calendar on the wall, that holiday or workers of the world unite day of a May 1st day to be observed seems to be tomorrow. And so in other thoughts, that topic about an Arizona law and a California immigration debate seems to be in the news a lot lately. So much that it seems to be the headline of the day. And it seems to have something to do with people being able to travel freely, populations and an illegal immigrant law in Arizona or California. And shouldn't people be able to travel freely in the world anywhere? And so I came across this event as one of those facebook events in my facebookaholicness where part of it reads something like a rally as follows:

"Do I Look "Illegal" Day

Location: everywhere

In defiance of the new bill in Arizona and in support of the Arizona citizens who will face harassment every time they step out their doors, the call is out for everyone to ask the question: "Do I look "illegal?" during the week of May 1st to May 8th. The focus is on raising awareness on the day of May 1st but by the overwhelming response, putting out this message is extending for the rest of the week.

Post the question as your status on Facebook. Throughout the day, send the question out on Twitter. Ask one another the question, "Do I look illegal?" Hopefully, this will get all of us thinking and discussing what exactly does "illegal" look like..

Finally, wear shirts, buttons or hold signs saying, "Do I look 'illegal'?" and take pictures to either send the Governor of Arizona and/or post them here..

NEW INFO: If you're in SF, there will be the usual May Day March supporting immigrant workers. This year the protest will take place on Saturday, May 1, 2010, assembling at noon at 24th and Mission streets in San Francisco, joining other May Day protests in New York, Los Angeles, Detroit, and many other cities. Show up, wear your Do I Look 'Illegal?' shirts, buttons etc..

This idea was initially from my roommate over a conversation the other night. Then I saw that a t-shirt was being sold that had the same message. So it made sense to take it a next step and share the idea of a "Do I Look 'Illegal?'" Day with my FB family and friends..

And this facebook event has 77,153 confirmed guests and a host of comments to go along with it.. Wow! Is that a record for a facebook event invite? And so I thought to repost the following posts that I have posted on this blog before some time a while ago that have something to do with humanity travelling freely.

The Passport

For what reason is the number of that passport immigration law that prohibits freedom of travel amongst humanity anywhere on planet earth, and that Section 666 Social Security Act, cashless society, national I.D., the number of your name to receive any state services and everything else in between thing, 666? Is this that save no man that he may buy or sell except that he have the mark of the beast thing in the book of Revelations. Is this written in prophecy somewhere. Did George Orwell or Nostradamus predict this? Is that a coincidence or on purpose that this law has the same number of that beast thing. And who or what is the beast, and what is that mark on ones right hand or forehead. What does that mark represent or mean, if anything. And what's up with that UPC bar code photo that I placed in this blog entry. And for what reason do all universal product codes contain this number. What the heck does that mean? Is that the number of the beast, the number of man? And what's that New World Order, Verichip and RFID tag thing all about. Big Brother, Brave New World and technology are here and that's a whole another blog posting. And I have heard so many green card immigration nightmare stories about green card marriages, lotteries and green card everything else in between. Of people leaving a country and not being able to return for whatever reason. And the stories of loss of life while crossing a border, whether by land or sea. And for what reason are there boarders, divisions, restrictions, barriers and territories of land in this world. And for what reason are people not free to travel anywhere in the world without the permission of someone else. Who invented this concept. Is it possible to undo this passport, visa, citizenship, where are your papers to come here law so that everyone can be free to travel anywhere in this world. For what reason does this concept exist. And who is a foreigner. Aren't we all strangers in this land. Is another world possible. No one is free when others are oppressed. It is Sunday today, day of God, a day of rest. Or is that Saturday, the Sabbath, Sabado. And what does this have to do with a No Police State?

and then this one also....

Immigration

And on this day is Sunday, that sabbath day of rest, or is that Saturday. And yet I find myself blah blogging away for some reason on this blog. And for some reason that verse from the bible comes to mind, "Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head". And that other verse, "A brother is born for adversity". And a friend mentions to me that war is a business. Is war a business? And is it George Orwell's statement from that nineteen eighty four movie, the war is not meant to be won, it is meant to be continuous. And another friends mentions that another friend has been denied entry to that country of the United States, or deported from a country for various reasons. And what does that word immigration mean, to migrate, to travel? Does that internet bible dictionary Wikipedia have an entry for that. And I have heard horror stories of whole families being separated, destroyed and torn apart from this idea of Immigration And Naturalization Services, INS company that seems to be some form of modern day slavery to me. And what about those visas, green cards, forms, applications, petitions, employment, interviews, Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, residence alien from outer space, illegal aliens, refugee, asylee, settlement, immigrant, nonimmigrant, genealogy, nationality, naturalization things. What does this all mean. Are we all not foreigners and strangers in this land. The whole idea that one can prevent another from travelling freely from one place to another on this planet of earth I can not comprehend. And has humanity become slave to computers, that modern invention of technology, to where one is no longer a human, but becomes a robot to technology, a machine, some sort of beast like thing. No one is free when others are oppressed. And what does this have to do with a No Police State?

The Hotel

Vacations. It seems as if everyone could use one of those vacations every so often, the idea of getting away from the everyday routine for some fun in the sun or what not; just like one of those tourists traveling around in seek of an adventure of some sort. And so, along with those vacations, and being one of those tourists in search of sights and attractions, comes the question of where am I going to stay while on this vacation. And so along comes caribbean hotels, Ocho Rios hotels and all inclusive hotels. And these hotels can especially come in handy if one is traveling to the caribbean or Ocho Rios in search of some of those hotels to stay at and have an adventure at the same time. And from what I recall, the Caribbean islands have always been seen as one of those beautiful and exotic places to visit according to those travel brochures with all those photos of those sunny beaches and blue skies all over the pictues. And what better way to visit the Caribbean or Ocho Rios than to stay at one of these hotels located there. And for all I know, those hotels are so fancy that one could possibly want to consider taking a vacation to the hotel alone and never leaving it, except at time of checkout. Some hotels, as I have seen throughout my travels here on planet earth can be so fancy, with such rich amenities that staying at the hotel can be vacation enough on its own. So if you happen to find yourself in search of one of those; all inclusive hotels and more can be the way to go.

An Art Show

Hey bloggers, or whoever could be reading this blog. And in my facebookomaniaoholicness, I came across this following art event to be found in that city of New York as one of those many events that seem to appear daily on that facebook website. And every so often I find myself blah blogging about events on this blog for some reason or another, and also because hey, it's less writing sometimes in my attempt to maintain content for this blog whenever possible in that web 2.0 user generated social media content era. And those facebook events seem to be endless. And this event art rocks. Have a great art day.

Overstimulated

Overstimulated is a student-curated takeover of a commercial retail space in lower Manhattan's South Street Seaport, only a few blocks from the student's university: PACE. A bridge project pulling from the student's own work to those of their mentors and professors, and extending the collaborators that the student's have been experimenting with outside of the university, this large scale group show of peers, faculty, and friends represents and celebrates the transition from campus life into the hustling New York art-world.

Almost 50 participating artists with work ranging from fabric installations, interactive sculptures, live painting, photography, film, collage, drawings, and digital illustrations create an immersive environment to explore and lose yourself in throughout the week's packed schedule of events filled with live music, theater, poetry, and film screenings.

A Cartoon

And so I wonder what has become society when its morals and values seems to be collapsing in these days and times when cartoons are now able to say the seven or five or something do not say words on television like f blank blank ck, god blank blank d blank mn and other words that I do not even want to blah blog on this blog. And so this post is in reference to that other post I posted a few days ago on this blog titled facebookomania with that South Park cartoon video that seems to say these do not says throughout its episodes. And I actually thought that cartoon episode was funny as heck, though as a second thought it occurred to me that it was offensive in its graphic language to human beings. What's up with that? Since when does one say fu blank k off to parents in a cartoon? What ever happened to honor thy father and honor thy mother? And this seems to be the scenario with all of these reality cartoons these days as South Park is not alone, it shares the same table with Family Guy and probably some other graphic vulgar language cartoon that is passing me by, the idea of who and which cartoon can outdo each other in a contest of vile, insulting and offensive language throughout its episode. And aren't cartoons supposed to be for children and kids? Does not advertising influence society? In what generation of an age are we living these days when it comes to morals and values in this world when offensive and vulgar language cartoons count for acceptable pop culture, where violence is glorified and made to be laughed at? Is there hope for the world. And it could be Kali Yuga and the iron age descending, or 2012, the age of Aquarius and the end of the world as we know it, who knows. And so here is that following statement that I found myself posting on this blog sometime a while ago, as this same story seems to repeat itself with a different name each time. Are these program programming society. Does this not reflect on and influence society and culture. It seems as if the standards of social behavior are declining everywhere. Is there a worldwide moral breakdown? In the past blatant immorality and decadence has been pointed to as a contributing factor in the fall of civilizations. Where is this social decline pattern coming from? Television, radio, newspapers, advertising, marketing? Are the slaughters of wars debasing the value of human life? If politicians and generals can treat millions under their care like animals dispatched to the slaughter, then what canons of religion or ethics can inhibit men from treating each other with the ferocity of jungle beasts. Will the beast, whoever or whatever it may be ever release its grip on mankind. It is not the year 1800 anymore. Will the war ever end. Where can one turn. Where is the world headed. Is another world possible. And what does this have to do with a No Police State. Peace on earth and goodwill to all mankind.Have a great what is happening to society day.

Design This Website

Hey Bloggers, and in case you have been living in one of those caves the past decade or do, it's now the age of all things computer, internet and the connection of the web in outerspace cyberworldland. So much that it now seems as if every person, or at least every other person has one of those personal computers. And who would have thought that this superman space age like day would have arrived during this age. And so along with those computers comes those websites. And along with those websites comes Website design . And if you happen to be looking for someone to host or design that website for you, there are lots of web design places to be found out there in internetland. You can find places that can do website design for all your website design needs or wants. And a lot of those websites to be found on the Internet have some really way cool designs, colors and interactive features and some or more fancier than others. And so if you happen to be looking to design that website, finding information for it is just a website visit away.

Facebookomania

Hey Bloggers, or whoever could be reading this blog. And if I must say, in between reading online headlines in my internetaholicness, I am still finding myself in spacebook, myface, myplace, spaceplace, facebook, facespace, I mean facebook facebookaholicland. So much that even when it seems as if the world is falling down all around me and going to hell in a handbasket, I am still finding myself consumed in facebookland to where it seems as if I can forget to eat and sleep sometimes. So much that I thought to post this post that someone else just posted, that I thought was funny as heck, maybe. Have a great facebook day.

If you've ever wondered if you spend to much time on facebook, or whether it is a good thing your mom signed onto facebook or not, this Southpark episode will set you straight.

The Blue Man Group

And so this posting happens to be about The Blue Man Group and their blueness. And I have hard of that group, as isn't that that popular group of men painted blue who perform awesome performances in those theater venues around the world? And I have always wondered how do they get themselves painted so perfectly blue, as if it could be one of those blue man mysteries. And have you aver wondered how those actors and actresses get themselves to turn blue? Well now there's blue man group makeup , a make up kit where you can paint yourself blue just like the blue man group. And that makes for a really cool costume to me. And this kit comes with powder, gum, foam, latex and a host of other ingredients that seem almost too complex for me to comprehend though the application seems as if it can be as easy as one two three to apply the makeup. And even if you're not becoming blue, the idea of dressing up in costumes for any occasion other than Halloween can always be a fun occasion, as any day of the year can be a dress up costume day.

Freecell

Hey again bloggers. And I have been finding myself blah blogging a lot lately on this blog for some reason or another. So much, that I find myself just really making up random topics to blagh about simply just to fill up space. At some point I might just start reciting words from the dictionary in my web 2.0 user generated contentness, if I'm not doing that already, from having a lack of things to blagh about. And so another of today's random topics is that video game Freecell. What's up with that game? As I have seem many a people playing it in their homes, on subway trains, buses and other forms of transit as if in a robot nation game playing trance haze. And is this that free cell addiction thing maybe, where whole lives can be devoted to the playing of this solitaire card like game to the point of where ones family and friends can disappear from discord and having being lost to this technology advanced device, much like television and the internet maybe. One of those freecellaholic, televisionaholic, internetaholics. And there must be some sort of AA meeting or freecellaholics anonymous meeting out there maybe. Freecell, what's up with that?

Boats

As so on this day here on planet earth, I find myself blogging about boats. And not just any boats but Palm Beach boats. And that's where you can find the palm beach boat club. And when I see the photos of some of those fancy yachts and boats, grand spectacular images come to mind of boats traveling down the oceans and waterways, cruising along the coastlines. And what better way to have a boat in Florida than renting it from one of those boat share clubs that usually have a fleet of boats to choose from. And from what I recall, Florida can be an awesome place to take in some fishing and fun in the sun. And with those boat club membership fees you can have all the advantages of having a boat without owning it and all the responsibilities that comes with ownership of a boat such as maintenance and repair and a host of other trials and travails that come with ownership. Though who is supposed to be the driver of this boat I am not exactly sure, as I am sure those boat clubs could address this question. So if you happen to be looking to boat your way across the waterways of Florida, one of those boat clubs could be the way to go.

A Note

The Post It Note. You know, those little square pieces of paper that come in pastel and neon colors of green, blue, red and yellow that are glued together in stacks of fifty that you write some sort of reminder on it and stick on the wall, or refrigerator, or table, or just let pile up in various places around the room or something. And one of those brands of post it notes is 3M Post it Notes. And there must be lots of brands and styles of post it notes to be found in those stationary stores and now even online in the world. And I have always thought post it notes are great for having little pieces of paper to write on instead of whole sheets when it comes to writing short notes or something. And what else it there to say about post it notes that has not already been said in time, as I find myself blogging about this topic for some reason or another. And what's really cool is that with the invention of advanced technology, you can now get those post it notes in full color custom printing with your name or logo on them. Now that's awesome. And those business cards, envelopes, invitations, address labels and post cards can be custom printed as well. And what better way to remind yourself or advertise something than with custom printed logos. With post it notes, posting a note has never been easier.

Skateboards

Skateboards. I have seen those objects around town throughout my travels here on planet earth. And at some point in time, I even found myself riding one of those boards down the street rolling on those four wheels. And now I see many a people on those Skateboards in the streets, and sometimes even doing some really fancy tricks on them in those skateboard rinks and other skate board places to be found. And those skateboards can make for some great exercise also. And then there comes the science of where to buy that skateboard and those products that may go along with it like skateboard decks, wheels, tools, stickers, ramps, pads, helmets, hardware, accessories, and even skateboard clothing to go along with that skateboard. And usually those skateboards can be found in some really cool colors and patterns with pictures, drawings and designs on them. And one can find these skateboards from many different brands. And now days, one can even build their own custom skateboard. With skateboards, fun activities can be enjoyed.

Hagar

And for some reason I find myself blogging about the word haggard on this day. And who or what is a haggard, as I think that it has something to do with the worn out older lady or something like that. Or to look worn out, maybe. And what's up with that term hagar the horrible, who's that? Does Wikipedia, that internet bible dictionary have an entry for that one. And the origin of this word being related to that lady Hagar in that book the bible whose story was something about an egyptian slave girl who was thrown by the wayside on the road by her husband after she was all used up or something like that. And her name also seems to have something to do with children and descendants of children. And so that is a mystical interesting word to me. And now what about Hagar the horrible, who or what is that all about again? Well according to Wikipedia again, that has something to do with some caveman in a comic strip. And then there's hag, and I've heard that term used before amongst humanity also, as in old hag, the witch. And are these greek mythological words with lots of hidden mystical meanings. Are there some sort of philosophies to go along with these and the origins of these words. Folktales, folklore and fairytales, creatures, gods and goddesses. Have a great blogging day.

A Date

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of 20th Century Fox. All opinions are 100% mine.

Need a date? Looking for a date? Well, this posting is not exactly about online dating, or speed dating or any of those other modern ways to find that perfect someone in your life, or at least to find someone in your life, though this posting is about the Date Night Movie. And from what I know throughout my travels here on planet earth, it is always fun to go to the movies usually. And in case you haven't heard of that Date Night Movie yet, you may hear about it when it finds its way to the theaters starting April 9th, 2010 with movie stars Steve Carell and Tina Fey. And you can also find out about it before hand or at some point when you watch that video trailer that happens to be posted in this blog entry above. And with its seemingly self explanatory title, I would assume that this movie has something to do with dating and relationships, a timeless topic I think. And the movie describes itself as a couples adventure over the weekend or something like that. And so if you see this movie yourself I would imagine you would be able to describe it in other ways also. Have a great movie day.

More Headline News

Hey again bloggers, or whoever could be reading this blog. And this blah blogging wants to keep me busy for some reason in my attempt to maintain this blog with content whenever possible in this web 2.0 user generated social media content era. And so here yet again I find myself encountering that blah bloggers block again in what to blah blog about on this blog. And so I choose to blog those newspaper headlines again with one or two sentences commentary, or at least some of those newspaper clippings that I find myself collecting as follows:

1. Why children need medications. Hugh? What a horrible headline. Even the dogs, children and animals are now exhibiting symptoms of depression for the pharmaceutical war industry to target with bug spray drugs for profit? Next it will be the plants to be diagnosed. Is no one immune from the war industry on planet earth. And this article goes on to say something about ADD, ADHD, hyperactivity and depression- children and young adults today seem to be diagnosed with these conditions with frightening regularity. And Psychiatry Kills. Abolish forced psychiatric treatment. Psychiatrists are mass murderers in white coats. No one is free while others are oppressed. For all things mental health rights and alternatives to the mental death system, Mind Freedom is a good website to visit. And what does this have to do with a No Police State?
2. Chinese New Year starts this weekend. Why did I save this one? Oh, because it says something about some worry that 2010 is the year of the white tiger, a symbol of jinx in Chinese history.
And there is a lot of other news clippings I would like to blagh about at the moment, though they are passing me by. Have a great news headlines blogging day.

Backpacking

Traveling and the backpacker. And I must say, I have always thought of the image of that backpacker backpacking it in their travels and sometimes even hitch hiking it across the country in their travels and adventures as a cool idea, as I think more of this type of travel was done by people decades ago during those more free spirit of a times. And I think there are London hotels where there is still backpacking to be found. And I would imagine that there must be a whole science and technique to the art of backing around town and beyond, maybe. And that if one could not figure out how to go about this that there must be lots of information, tips and travel guides to be found online as far as how to backpack. And I always think of the image of backpacking as traveling with as little personal belongings as possible, maybe. And I have heard many a story and tales of peoples travels throughout London and Europe and staying at various places throughout their travels. And those are always usually stories of freedom to explore to me. So whether the campground, backyard or hostel, have a great travel day.

The End Of The World

Hey Bloggers, and this posting happens to be about 2012 and the end of the world, or the end of the world as we know it. The end of Kali Yuga and the beginning of the age of aquarius. And I have blaghed about this topic on this blog in times past. And I am not exactly sure what to say about that topic as this is just another one of those attempts to maintain content for this blog whenever possible. And so in attempt to find something to blah blog about on this day in my blogaholicness I guess, I'll just recycle this blog, if that is the correct phrase to use and repost this post from long lore ago:

12.21.2012. What do those numbers mean to you, anything? December 12, 2012, that could mean the London Olympics are coming. Well if you are a religious fanatic reader of prophet and psychic predictions like me, it could mean a whole lot. It could mean doomsday, Armageddon, the Apocalypse, judgement day, the end of the world, a new world order or some new age, spiritual transformation, evolution, higher universe. It could mean the beginning and the end of World War III according to Nostradamus. It could mean the meteors, comets, asteroids, aliens and spaceships are coming to planet earth. Could it mean the anti christ and the Pope will appear? Oh, the Pope is already here. It could mean that the sun will reverse its own magnetic pole. It could mean the solstice and moon cycles will end, or at least it could mean that is when the Mayan calendar ends in 2012. The Maya believed that their world would end on December 21, 2012 and that Orion and Pleiades told them so. All of these sciences, beliefs, theories, philosophies, astrology, years and calendars are too complex for me to understand, but at a glance I believe in them all, or what does this mean, will the world really end? Will some world changing event take place in 2012? The clock is ticking. What does the future hold? Wait and be watchful for the return of something. In 5yrs, 6 months, 8 days, 19 minutes and 32 seconds of 5 years and 193 days as of this writing, 2012 is here. 12.21.2012, what do those numbers mean to you?
Note: Lo, and behold. Here is one of many secrets that the yoga guy says in the text below him in the drawing above, he depicts the progression of humanity.. A-L=12, halfway through the alphabet, O-Z=12, halfway through the alphabet. ALOZ, ALLAH. 12.21.2012, 0102. OLOZ, AL-OZ, ALOZ, ALLAH. M and N the middle of the alphabet = the Millennium, the head of Christ, Grist, the Holy Grail, The Holy Ghost, a thousand years shall Satan be let loose? And there is much more to be written in the text below the yoga guy above (Yahweh,Jehovah,JHVH,YHVH,YHWH, YOGA), part of the trinity.

Alvin and the Chipmunks

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Alvin and the Chipmunks. All opinions are 100% mine.

Alvin and the Chipmunks. I've heard of them, as aren't they those animated cartoon characters with really squeaky voices or something like that. And who hasn't heard of Alvin and the Chipmunks by now with those really cool songs they play to listen to. And Alvin and the Chipmunks seems like one of those family friendly movies where parents and kids can pass it down to all generations with those fond memories. And now you can buy it now. Alvin and the Chipmunks is now available on DVD, Blu-ray and digital download. And this double DVD pack includes "The Squeak Along" bonus disc with even more music, More Munk Mayhem and singalongs. And what better way to watch Alvin and the Chipmunks than with two for the price of one. And what's also really cool is that now you can munk yourself. That's right. You can now get munked with Alvin and the Chipmunks the squeakquel and customize your munk with clothing and accessories. And you can also create an audio recording to go along with it. There are also other fun games to play and videos to watch at their website as well. With Alvin and the Chipmunks, squeakiness has never been funner.

An Email

And a friend sent me this following email as one of those group emails that are meant to be funny or entertaining I think. And so I thought to post that email on this blog because I thought it was interesting. And that email is posted without those colorful photos that came along with it because hey, it's less writing sometimes:

BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS

1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

2 . Overeating
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.

3. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

4. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.

5. Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest.. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells..

6. Head covered while sleeping
Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.

7. Working your brain during illness
Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.

8. Lacking in stimulating thoughts
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.

9. Talking Rarely - I definitely don’t have this problem J
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain

The main causes of liver damage are:

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.

2. Not urinating in the morning.

3 . Too much eating.

4. Skipping breakfast.

5. Consuming too much medication.

6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.

7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil.
As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.

8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver.
Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to 'schedule.'

The top five cancer-causing foods are:

1.. Hot Dogs

Because they are high in nitrates, the Cancer Prevention Coalition advises that children eat no more than 12 hot dogs a month. If you can't live without hot dogs, buy those made without sodium nitrate.

2. Processed meats and Bacon

Also high in the same sodium nitrates found in hot dogs, bacon, and other processed meats raise the risk of heart disease. The saturated fat in bacon also contributes to cancer.

3. Doughnuts

Doughnuts are cancer-causing double trouble. First, they are made with white flour, sugar, and hydrogenated oils, then fried at high temperatures. Doughnuts, says Adams , may be the worst food you can possibly eat to raise your risk of cancer.

4. French fries

Like doughnuts, French fries are made with hydrogenated oils and then fried at high temperatures. They also contain cancer- causing acryl amides which occur during the frying process. They should be called cancer fries, not French fries, said Adams .

5. Chips, crackers, and cookies

All are usually made with white flour and sugar. Even the ones whose labels claim to be free of trans-fats generally contain small amounts of trans-fats.

Gold

Gold. The California gold rush. Gold, gold, money, money and more money. And for some reason with the economy seeming as if it's going downhill faster than the speed of light and the federal reserve and treasury stock market seeming as if it could be having one of those endless going out of business everything must go sales and the national debt and bail out of the bail outs seeming to be so out of control that the federal reserve and treasury can not print up enough money fast enough to cover it all, and the recession seeming as if it wants to turn into a depression with one endless soup line, the thought of Selling Gold , the buying and selling of gold coins and bullion cubes seems as if it can be found everywhere in the newspapers, televisions and online these days and economic recession impending depression times. And what better way to cash out or in during spiraling downhill economic times than with gold, I think. Got gold earrings, gold watches, gold jewelry, gold teeth, not so sure about that one, gold anything? Well with a visit to the nearest gold pawn shop, you can be on your way to selling that gold and gold jewelry for cash. And with the age of the internet, one does not even have to leave home to pawn that gold, one can now get cash for gold from online pawn shops. That's right, one can now pawn that gold for cash online. With online gold pawn shops, finding that cash can be just a website visit away.

The Pledge Of Allegiance

"I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all". And I remember reciting this passage daily in kindergarten school with my right hand placed over my chest, as if a robot to be programmed with all of the other pupils in class. And is one even aware of that they are reciting at that age. And what if one did not want to recite this passage in class, would they be expelled and exiled. Is this some some of mandatory phrase to be programmed, instituted and brainwashed with from childhood. Whats this passage all about? The programming of a people and worshiping of an image of something similar to some scene from George Orwell's nineteen eighty four and his big brother is watching you group think thing. And I have heard it said somewhere that the american flag propagates violence, maybe. And I am not sure what to think of that statement. And what's a patriot anyway. And for what reason do war veterans make up the majority of the homeless mentally ill population, or do they? And for what reason does the word patriot have the word riot in it. To die for one's country, to die a hero loyalty for and to what? And are americans and their flag waving brainwashed with all of this nationalist comradeory terminology propaganda, or is this propaganda anyway. And it seems to be the cowboys and the indians, parens patriae, power of the state, state of what, father of our country, loss of liberties in the name of freedom kind of thing, maybe. And what does Wikipedia, that internet bible dictionary have to day about this passage. And so this pledge of allegiance to the american flag and all that it represents debate, discussion, opinions and commentary with myself or whoever could be reading this blog seems as if it can go on an on in my blaghing on this blog. And I am unable to comprehend the concept of it all. No one is free when others are oppressed. Peace on earth and goodwill to all mankind. And what, if anything, does this have to do with a No Police State?

Music

And from what I can recall, music makes the world go round. And music can make you dance. And I have been hearing so many songs and more songs since I found myself as one of those dwellers here on planet earth. And then there are those many forms that music can and has been found in to listen to that music, as I can remember the eight track tape, the cassette tape, the vinyl lp and even the is it the 45 record of long lore ago. And so that is exactly that, those music playing formats of long lore ago. And so welcome to the age of high tech technology seemingly everything and free mp3 streaming . And I would assume that if you have not heard of that term mp3 by now when it comes to music, that you must have been living in a cave the past ten years or so, maybe. And if you happen to have one of those computers, blackberry's, iPhones, mobile phones or other high tech gadgets, you can download a ton of songs online and listen to them anywhere on the go. And with the age of MySpace, Twitter, Facebook and other social media networks, you can now share that music with anyone. And what an awesome idea this whole concept is to me even to this high tech communications day. And what a ways from long lore ago the age of music and communications has transformed itself. Have a great music and more day.

The Condo

And I have heard of those condos before. As I believe those are usually those dwellings, buildings and apartment houses to be found here on planet earth for human beings. And usually if one finds themselves as one of those human beings dwelling here on planet earth they may find themselves in search of some kind of shelter from the elements of the earth. And then there are Miami Beach condos. And also from what I can recall, Miami beach rocks. At least in all of those advertising images of people walking down the beach having fun in the sun. And I have always thought of Miami Beach having the most beautiful style of architect to look at and behold. And the way those beautiful homes in Miami Beach, South Beach, Ocean Drive and others can be practically across the street from the beach, one does not have far to go to the beach in they live there. And now with the invention of all things internet, if you happen to be looking for one of these Miami Beach condos, you can search for them from the nearest computer you can find. You can find those Miami condos for sale without ever having to leave home, or at least without ever having to leave a computer. And with Miami Beach condo shopping, that Miami Beach condo can be just a website visit away.

Hey bloggers, and welcome to the age of the twenty first century where everything seems to be all about that internet and the web, you know that television like device that enables users to interact with each other somehow. And one would think they must have been living in a cave the past decade if they haven't heard of this recent internet phenomenon by now. And in case you find your self as one of those internet users with a website for that web, you may ever so often find yourself in search of one of those hosts for your website. And if you happen to be looking for these ecommerce or webhosting websites, there are usually websites to be found that can compare those ecommerce hosting and web hosting websites for you so that you don't have to visit seemingly a bazillion different websites to compare those website hosts yourself. With web hosting rating websites, finding those websites in internetland has never been easier.

A Video

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Incendia Health. All opinions are 100% mine.

Hey bloggers, and this posting happens to be about the video contest. And in case you haven't heard, videos seem to be all the rage in these high tech, seemingly internet everything communications days. And this posting isn't about just any video, this posting happens to be about the iLASIK Video Contest. And there are some great prizes to be won as part of this iLASIK Video Contest like an HDTV package and a Flip UltraHD camcorder. And Abbott Medical Optics Inc. has actually announced who the winners of this video contest are and you can see their video at iLasik. And I have heard of that lasik before, as isn't that the procedure that helps one with a better vision. And those "You Gotta See This" videos are really interesting to watch. And if you register at their website, you can receive a free bottle of complete multi purpose solution. And what else can I blog about lasik that has not already been said before. With ILasik, finding those lasik videos and more is just a website visit away.

The Internet Headlines

"Gunman sprays DC crowd, killing 4 and wounding 5", "Death of coral reefs could devastate nations", "Growing low-oxygen zones in oceans worry scientists", "Chile Earthquake May Have Shortened Days on Earth", and "Jellyfish swarm northward in warming world". And those are just a few of those Yahoo News headlines that I have emailed myself in attempt to read those eye catching headline articles one day. And being that I may have actually read some of the content in those articles in the information overload internet world age, I thought I would just repost the titles of them with some sort of commentary, if any in my attempt to maintain content for this blog whenever possible. And those above titles seem to have something to do with yet again gun violence, and if only guns could be banished from every being on planet earth, guns are the worst invention ever, and the other articles, the environment I guess. The coral reefs disappearing, the honeybees dying, the starfish washing up to shore by the thousands, the low level of oxygen in the sea. And is this all global warming and the beginning of the end of the world, that all too familiar phrase these days and times. And what, if anything, does this have to do with a No Police State? Peace on earth and goodwill to all mankind.
