And The Naked Cowboy Rocks, or at least busks away on just about any given day to be found in Times Square in that City of New York. And what else is there to blah blog about that hasn't already been said about The Naked Cowboy, his underpants, cowboy boots and his guitar. Phoney Baloney

Hey Bloggers, or at least whoever could be reading this blog posting. As I find myself here staring at this crumpled up, worn out and ripped ten dollar bill, I find myself wondering is this one of those why did I get out of bed days. For the love of money is the root of all evil, and while some have coveted after, they have pierced themselves through with many arrows, or something like that the bible quote goes. And on this day I happen to find myself in receipt of a counterfeit ten dollar bill. That's right, a genuine fake phoney baloney money counterfeit ten dollar bill to be found somewhere in that city of New York and possibly beyond here on planet earth. And how do I know it's counterfeit you may ask, maybe? After two other merchants told me when I tried to spend it, that's how. And I guess I should have realized it was phoney baloney money when I saw all of those black marker marks all over it that seems to be used for phony baloney money these days and times. And what the heck am I supposed to do with this new found debt that's not even an I.O.U. What does it mean to be on the receiving end of counterfeit money? Has that ever happened to other people? Can I call up the Department of the Treasury and Federal Reserve and ask for a refund. Is there an internet I would like my money back guru to answer this question. And I must admit, I have had many a utopian, fruedian or whatever it can be called visions of having one of those do it your self make your own money photo copy machines in my living room, photocopying free money away, though that hasn't happened yet. And if money really grew on trees, that would be great. And if money were free, that would be better. And if money were not even required at all as a part of existing in this world on planet earth, that would be even better. And so back to that phoney baloney dollar money bill again, What the heck can I do with it, if anything. Do I hide under a rock and try and pass it along to some other unsuspecting person to buy and sell, do I throw it away, or is there somewhere I can call to ask for a refund for things like this. And in my paranoia hereafter, I am liable to inspect every bill for foney baloniness that passes my way, and what a major task than can be. And so somewhere between the subway and a lower Manhattan merchant on this day, I find myself asking myself this question. And I can not figure out for some reason who and which merchant I could have received this phony baloney dollar bill from to backtrack where it may have came from in that city of New York, as memory seems to be passing me by on this day. And oh, by the way, the following is a blah blog post I posted this blog a while ago:

Introducing the Newly Designed USD $100 Bill

This news just in. So there was this discussion yesterday about the the newly designed $100 bill with security features for counterfeiters that will be introduced to the world. Is it 1984 yet? Look at this twenty dollar bill, analyze it, then look at this 1,000 Switzerland Croner Bill, analyze it and tell me what you see? Do you see any design features that would be counterfeit? How does it's texture feel? The United States Treasury will be introducing a newly designed $100 bill that looks similar to foreign money and food stamp money in its design with so many busy design features, it's sensory overload. Is the US Treasury able to stay one step ahead of the counterfeiters and their photo copy machines? Are these new designs to counteract counterfeiters or to compete with the European Union or something else? Their mission is to introduce a new program campaign with slogans to "educate"consumers about counterfeit money. There will be patriotic images on the bills, the Statue of Liberty, the Liberty Bell and of course the Eagle. There will be slogans of "If the bells ring, it's the real thing", meaning if the hologram images of the bells are not appearing or disappearing correctly when one tilts the bill, turn your neighbor or yourself in! or "Tip the Strip", meaning that if the five silvery shiny encoded holographic bars with 000's in it running across the bill do not appear, disappear or reappear correctly, turn yourself or your neighbor in immediately! Or if the faces are just smiling funny, turn yourself or your neighbor in. Why does this campaign remind me of the NYC MTA, (New York City Metropolitan Terrorize it's subway riders Association) with those pre recorded "If you see something, say something" and "If you see a suspicious package say something", and random bag search campaigns? Do I now give up my civil liberties in the name of security? Does not this instill fear into people to turn everyone against each other? Is this a civil liberties concern for the masses? A job for the American Civil Liberties Union? Is my job now to be a fraud counterfeit money detective every time I receive a dollar bill? Must I now start washing, dipping, stripping, wringing, drying, tying and spying every dollar bill I receive? I never really pay much attention to fraud counterfeit money, I am too busy spending it. Isn't that the store merchants job to check for counterfeit money? As I see merchants holding my twenty dollar bills up to the light and writing on them with markers all the time as if they are looking for something every time I buy something. This is not the first time the dollar bill has been redesigned, I should be used to it changing colors every year by now. Money is now being marketed and $100's are the new $20's. And how should the US Treasury present this campaign? Who should represent the campaign? Oprah Winfrey, the elderly, the common person, the US Treasury? Should the campaign be advertised on bus stops, posters, subway platforms, television, radio and telephone booths? Can the US Treasury just simply publish photos of the old currency before its redesign and after its redesign as it has done in the past? And for what reason is counterfeit money such a big issue? Will paper money ever be obsolete? Isn't plastic credit cards and identity theft the big issue these days? I am still a fan on the one dollar bill. It is the only currency that has not been redesigned over and over. And what does this have to do with a No Police State? Have a great day.

A Dish TV

And as I still find myself in search of a fifth full time job from that Google page rank update a while ago, I find myself encountering what could be that blah bloggers block again in an attempt to maintain content for this blog whenever possible. And how do those bazillion other bloggers out there in bloggerlandville make it all seem so simple to blah blog away, especially on more than one blagh. Is there an internet guru to answer this question. And so my random thought of this day seems to be those deep dish television metal circle things that are to be found on rooftops and buildings everywhere as far as the eye can see, at least throughout that city of New York. And as I was going my way on that New York City Metropolitan Transit Authority subway the other day, I looked out of one of those subway train windows and noticed what seemed to be a seemingly endless field and landmine of Dish Network satellite television antennas passing by, pointing toward the sun, or that big satellite antenna in the sky for some sort of reception signal to watch cable television maybe. And what's that all about. Do those antennas and every other kind of satellite antenna device give off invisible radiation waves of some sort affecting the course of humanity. Does Wikipedia, that internet bible dictionary or some scientist have one of those how to disturb the magnetic poles of the universe study or entry for this recent phenomenon of watching televison here on planet earth. And then what about electricity and electromagnetic waves in general, radiation and electro magnetic signals from televisions, radios, cell phones, microwaves, the blue light from this computer I find myself blah blogging away on, the blue light from that television and so on and so on and so one. Do these invisible waves have some sort environmental global effect on planet earth, humanity and the universe. And so back to those Dish tv's again, what about the bees, are those bees still dying? Last I heard, those bees were suffering from something called colony collapse disorder and were abandoning their hives because they can't find their way to navigate back home, something being about cell phones and maybe even those dish tv's and a host of other satellite antennas could be blocking their antennas to navigate around, as the bees can see those electromagnetic waves and human beings can't see them, or something like that. And how are those bees doing? And I heard it said that Albert Einstein once said , " If the bee disappeared off the surface of the globe, then man would only have four years of life left". As those honeybees pollinate the food chain and are responsible for food supply and life or something like that. And how is this prophetic doomsday scenario doing during these days and times. How are the honey bees doing and what would those beekeepers have to say about this? And so I thought to myself, if man were given the choice between the I want my Dish MTV or the bees and humanity disappearing scenario, which one would he choose? And in other thoughts, how is that 2012 Mayan calendar reversal of the magnetic poles theory doing, is it 2012 on track. Have a great Dish TV day.

A Central Park Music Day

And as I take a break from watching, listening and reading the Michael Jackson mania in the news on this day that has seemingly preempted all other news and gripped a nation with his passing away this past week, I find myself posting this blog posting about Underground Horns busking away in Central Park somewhere around 72nd Street Central Park West in that city of New York the other day. And that band seems to underground and above ground brass band, marching band rock. So much that I thought to post this photo and video of them busking away in Central Park on a Sunday afternoon. And then there are those roller skaters in that roller skating rink of that park right near there, and a great way to get some rollerskating music in also, as hasn't that skating rink been around that Central Park area every Sunday seemingly a New York forever. And those roller skaters roller skating rock also. And even then more there was that Central Park Summerstage just over the hill with its music musicing from way afar, and Oumou Sangare, Les Nubians and Asa were performing there that day, and that line seemed so Central Park long, that I seemed to have found myself camping out on the grass along with like tons of other people just listening to the music on the hill from afar for lack of attempting to stand in that long, long, long line to get in to the Central Park Summerstage itself. And that music rocked also. And Underground Horns, that band again, they will be playing with Okai, Regime Change, Negus World Order and more friends at Bar Sputnik later this month. And Okai, Underground Horns,Regime Change, and Negus World Order, well they just Regime Change, Underground Horns and Negus World Order music rock. Have a great music day.

The 4th of July Again

And here on this day is another one of those holidays that seem to repeat itself each year as if to say same holiday, different year, so much that I find myself reposting those holiday blog entries again, as this blog seems as if it wants to repeat itself sometimes over the days, months, years, centuries and infinity, maybe:

It's July 4th again. Another one of those national American patriotic holidays that is celebrated and observed only in America and nowhere else in the world. And what does the word "Patriotic" mean anyway? And for what reason does the word patriot have the word riot in it. And that "Parens Patriae" government as parent, father of a country sovereign guardianship of property thing, what's that all about? And for what reason does the phrase Parens Patriae have the word patriot in it. That could be a whole another blog post of isms of some sort. And it's that time of year again when the image of the American flag is worshiped and honored for whatever the reason may be and more patriotic songs are sung and more pledging of allegiance to the flags are pledged. Didn't the flag waving just end last month with Memorial May, the other ultimate patriotic American holiday? And what is being celebrated this time? I can't remember the meaning of July fourth. Doesn't it have something to do with freedom or the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia? I am not sure if anyone is free when others are oppressed and civil liberties are disappearing at the speed of light in the name of "Security and terrorism" and now, the latest trend "Plots". Although the showbusiness of fireworks for pyrotechnics of peace and war for this day can be really cool to look at and the rooftop parties can be fun. Again, I should consult Wikipedia, the ultimate internet bible to understand the meaning of this holiday. Happy July 4th, great travels, fireworks, barbecues, beachgoing and picnics.

And this one also.....

Today is July 4th. The fourth of July. It's a day when there will be lots of events, celebrations, parties, barbeque's and outdoor activities going on. Have you ever thought about the amount of plastic that will be disposed of today in all of this activity? Have you taken time to think of where that plastic cup or bag goes when you throw it in the garbage. As most of the parties today will most likely not be contributing to the recycling program. There are countries in Europe that impose a plastic bag tax, PlasTax of .5 cents for every plastic bag you receive to discourage the frivolous use of plastic. Ireland has reduced their consumption of plastic bags by 90 percent as a result. As New York City is contemplating a plastic ban, the plastic pimper corporations are not. America is drowning in plastic. As I have mentioned before, the evils of plastic are many. It is a non biodegradable object fueling the petroleum oil industry. The health hazards of plastic are many. Greenhouse gas emissions have run amok. Drains are being clogged and drain flooding is increasing. The birds of the earth are dying and choking from it and people are suffocating from it. For what reason is not a more natural material and product being created to replace plastic? If you are at a party today, consider the environment. Consider reusing your cup or your bag today. Go Green. And what does this have to do with a No Police State? Happy July 4th.

A MySpace Comment

Hey bloggers, and as I found myself MySpaceing along on my MySpace page the other day in my MySpaceaholicness, I found myself coming across this following comment that was posted on my page from Charles Wallace's MySpace page. And this poem is the lyrics to one of his songs. And that is an interesting lyric to me. So much that I thought to post it on this blog. Have a great MySpace songs and lyrics day.

Little Jimmy Dean was lookin kinda lean
dropped out of school at only Fifteen
He need order, uh-huh, since he was born
then he met a man in a uniform who said:

"C'mon Jimmy, join the U.S. Military,
make your momma real proud"

So he signed on that dotted line
The National Guard it sounded pretty fine
He never dreamed upon that very day
they'd ship him off to Guantanamo Bay

Where they teach ya to torture and treat 'em so bad
to protect your very way of life
Oh, and to hide it, abide it cuz someday soon
They'll be cashing in your bill rights

So he ruled on that prison block
He took his orders down from the top
He did his duty, down to the T
even the murder of a detainie

And now they want ya, they want ya, they want ya back
even though you thought you did your time
cuz the judge and the jury from the U.S. Army
want to prosecute ya now Jimmy, for your war crimes

Oh no, oh no now the General on the phone,
he swears you acted upon your own.
Someone's got to pay the price they say
a violation of them human rights

Human rights Jimmy, remember those?
must have been all that death and torture

Death torture, Jimmy, goin' down
Some violent torture comin' back around
If you confess they're gonna cop you a plea
Death and torture's gonna set you free
