The World According To Americans

Now this photo that I posted in this blog post "The World According To Americans" is kind of funny, or is it? Well, actually there is nothing funny about this photo at all when I really read it. It is one of those photos that was sent to a friend that was forwarded from another friend that was sent to another friend and so on and so on and so on. And I am not sure exactly what to make of it except that this photo and what those words say are and could possibly be true. And what does this have to do with a No Police State? Peace on earth and goodwill to all mankind.

The Moon Again

And every time I turn on this computer It seems as if Yahoo is blaring, almost advertising a latest tragedy of the day story in its headlines. And this time it's headlines says the moon for planet earth has done something to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to where NASA wants to shoot it. Am I seeing things and misunderstanding this latest headline? NASA apparently wants to kill the moon for no reason at all, except that it is there and maybe they have nothing else to do or no one else to blame for anything for whatever reason except the moon. And what if the moon falls out of the sky to planet earth or somewhere else. And of course there is a scientific basis provided as an explanation for this all. Is this just another one of those great examples of man and gun violence, and man against man with guns for no reason at all except for the fact that guns and dynamite have been invented. And now it seems as if it has become man against the moon. And what has the moon done to man. And what about technology and its advancements? And what about the air, water and shelter, if they could be pillaged and plundered and sold they probably would. Oh, I forgot, the water and shelter are already being sold. Is there hope for this world and mankind. What are the days that we are living in. Help save planet mother earth. Peace on earth and goodwill to all mankind. And what does this have to do with a No Police State?

Oysters

And what did the one oyster say to the other oyster? "Oy, ster me up already wont ya?" And I have heard of stories about oysters being an aphrodisiac, though I am not exactly sure about that. And then there are those stories of the beautiful pearls that are found in oysters. And I imagine they must make for some great recipes. And Gulf oysters are great. At Be Oyster Aware, you can be informed, cautious, smart and sure about oysters. At Be Oyster Aware you can find out everything educational there is to know about oysters, as well as some great oyster recipes too.

Leaping Years

It's a Sunday today in the world and I find myself blah blogging away again on this day of rest, or it that Saturday, Sabado, the Sabbath, I can never figure it out. And this month is a leap year according to that Gregorian calendar. One of those years that I guess, leaps. And what the heck is a leap year anyway. I find that day and month of February 29, or is it the 28th very confusing. What does that leap year thing mean, that years leap, years fly away. As I understand a leap year occurs every four years. But what about those other three. And what about people who were born on the leap year day, or they four years less or more than they really are, and what day do they celebrate their birthday on, the 28th or the 29th. And what about the rest of the world, does it advance four years in time? What's the meaning of this holiday, is it an astrological, astronomical event where the stars in heaven should rearrange themselves and align themselves with the sun or something. I imagine Wikipedia, that internet bible dictionary would have an answer for this one. And whatever it's meaning, have a great leaping year day.

Affiliate Summit

Affiliate Summit. What's an Affiliate Summit? Again today I find myself blah blogging away on this blog in my do not get rich Internet quickless mode. And now that I have been sent to look for a sixth day job after that last Google page rank update that gave this blog a negative one hundred, I am starting to ask myself that question, "To blog, or not to blog. That is the question." And somehow I received this email yesterday with the subject line "Lets Meet Up!". And the email is something about the Affiliate Summit Conference and The Affiliate Marketing Conference. Are those the people and companies who's ads for products and services I have placed all over this blog in hopes that someone will click on them and I can get rick Internet quick? And then the email went on to say, "We are well aware of the marketing plug for Las Vegas - "What Happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas." But we don't want to follow their rules. Everyone at Affiliate Summit should tell all about the great companies they met and people they want to do business with. We sure will..." So I imagine the Affiliate Summit West must be approaching soon. And it is. The Affiliate Summits of the past have taken place in London, Miami, Las Vegas and other places. And this years Affiliate Summit 2008 West will be at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, February 24-26, 2008. Speakers include: Larry Adams, Stephanie Agresta, David Baker, Ron Bechdolt, Chris Brogan, Jason Calacanis, Tim Carter, Steven Cho, John Chow, Michael Coley, Joel Comm, Haiko de Poel, Jr., John Engler, Justine Ezarik, Marty Fahncke,Linda Goodman, Jeffrey Greenbaum, Chuck Hamrick, Sam Harrelson, Eileen Harrington, John Hasson, Jason Hayden,Tris Hussey, Trevor Jezierski, Karen Jackie, Zac Johnson, Kyle Johnston, Kristopher Jones, Bennet Kelley, Mark Kirschner, Chris Kramer, Jim Kukral, Owner, Kevin Lee,Sergio Lemus, David Lewis, Graham MacRobie, William Martin-Gill, Don Mathis, Brian McCarthy, Colin McDougall, Amit Mehta, Dan Murray, James O'Brien, Heather Paulson,Kent Phillips, Lisa Picarille, Scott Polk, Durk Price, Alex Rampell, Wil Reynolds,Steven Richter, Lisa Riolo, Dana Rockel, Andy Rodriguez, Steve Rosenbaum, Melissa Salas, Steve Schaffer, Deborah Schultz, Jeremy Schultz, Anik Singal, Joshua Sloan,Kevin Smith, Jonathan Stefansky, Valerie Stevens, Jonathan Treiber, Gary Vaynerchuk, Robert Weber, Andrew Wee, David Weinrot and more, And there also seems to be booths and exhibitors and more booths and exhibitors as part of this conference. This Summit seems like it is all marketing, advertising and affiliating, all the time. And though I am not exactly sure of what the Affiliate Marketing conference is all about, it seems as if it may have something to do with the Internet, marketing, advertising, buy, sell and get rick Internet quick. And does that mean one can network and meet all the affiliate marketers they can ever meet under one roof? And whatever this conference may be all about, have a great affiliate marketing day.

The Nobel Peace Prize?

And so I have thought all day long about this blog entry and where this blog is going in the blogosphere bloggerworld these days, if anywhere. To blog or not to blog, that is the question. And I have found myself blah blogging on my other blog these days, so much that it wants to confuse me in my blogaholicness sometimes. And on this blog someone posted a comment to a posting a few days ago titled "The Headlines Again" that is about guns and gun violence. And the comment was written by Morgan Lighter and it said: "AH, what a conundrum.

Our Constitution was written at a time when the framers could not possibly have foreseen what a mess we have made of things.

The Supreme Court, by their rulings, has made of mockery of best justice and has also bastardized the Constitution to no end. We might as well use it for toilet paper.

If all the guns in the whole world were to miraculously vanish tomorrow, it still wouldn't solve the problem. People would still be killing each other, be it with their bare hands, clubs, knives, bombs, etc.

The problem, as I see it, is that we no longer have any sense of morality, brotherly love, nor the wish to help others. We have become a society of 'me' rather than 'we'. As long as I got mine, the rest of you can get stuffed. (I know that's a broad statement, yes, there are people who care.)

I wish I had the answer, but I don't. I'll just keep on being the best person I can be and realize that we are all striving to do the same.

Factoid - The erroneous publication in 1888 of a premature obituary of Alfred Nobel by a French newspaper, condemning him for his invention of dynamite, is said to have brought about his decision to leave a better legacy after his death. The obituary stated - Le marchand de la mort est mort - ("The merchant of death is dead") and went on to say, "Dr. Alfred Nobel, who became rich by finding ways to kill more people faster than ever before, died yesterday."
Thus we have the "Nobel Peace Prize."
How ironic.
Here's hoping we can all get along."

Hugh? Could someone tell me out there in the blogosphere about that above part about the Nobel Peace Prize is named after Dr. Alfred Nobel, someone who invented guns. Am I totally misunderstanding this or did I read this passage incorrectly. What is so Nobel about killing someone? And what would Michael Moore and that "Bowling For Columbine" film have to say about this. I think I should Wikipedia this information up to see if my eyes and ears are betraying me. And regardless of this Wikipedia outcome, what does this have to do with a No Police State?

This Event

And in my ventures and travails of going to and fro in this city, I picked up a copy of this weeks L Magazine from one of those corner newspaper boxes that are to be found on every other corner throughout the city with a ton of other free newspaper boxes next to them. And that L Magazine can sometimes be funny and hilarious as heck with its articles. And then there are those Amanda Park Taylor columns that have been very interesting and educational to read for a while now, as she seems as if she wants to save the environment and the world from itself. And in this weeks edition, she seeks to save the world from plastic. And as I turned the pages an ad appeared, the same ad that appears in this weeks Village Voice. It is an ad for The Brooklyn Next Festival, and I thought to post it because hey, it's less writing sometimes. And I see the Drumadics are listed. The Drumadics are this really cool drum and horn band, or is it buckets and horn band that play underground in the New York City Subway as part of the Music Under New York Program. They should be a fun band to watch play. Have a great music, art and festival day.

The Headlines Again And Again

And there it is in the headlines in the news again today. The AM New York says it was the fourth shooting at a U.S. school in a week. Another person has lost their life to the latest rampage of the day. It is in the news on a daily basis so much that I am just going to repost a blog entry I posted just a few days ago:
There is was in the headlines again yesterday. A rampage occured in a different state of America everyday this past week and another person has lost their life to gun violence with no end in sight. And it seems as if I could almost devote this blog to reposting and repeating this blog entry over and over on a daily basis with no end in sight. The following is a blog entry that was posted a few das ago:
There it is in the news again today. Again, I could cut and paste my blog entries over and over in my appeal to banish guns from every human being on the face of planet earth and to end the use of the images of guns in all forms of advertising, marketing, film and television as I have written in blog posts of the past. Does not advertising influence society. Guns are the worst invention of an industry ever. The am New York had an interesting statistic in an article titled "Guns and people"; there are nine guns for every ten people in the United States, a scary statistic. And there is another interesting article in their paper titled "Mayors band together to combat gun violence", some sort of acknowledgement that there is a problem. And The Villager has interesting statistics in an article titled ""Lower East Siders blast back against gun violence", New Yorkers Against Gun Violence, told a forum that 30,000 people a year are killed in gun violence nationally. And yet another person has lost their life to gun violence, and everyday someone loses their lives to acts of gun violence for whatever reason and no reason at all except for the fact that guns have been invented. It is a story that has been told in yesterdays headlines and will be told in tomorrows headlines with no end in sight. It is an industry that feeds on itself, advertisement and sensational nationalism breeds crime which breeds news, which breeds crime, which breeds more advertisement which breeds more crime. Will the cycle of the beast that has it's grip on humanity ever end. Should not guns be abolished from humanity as a whole, from everyone on the face of planet earth. And then there is that constitutional 4th amendment, the right to bear arms that should be abolished or rewritten to abolish guns and replace them with sticks and stones or something. The idea that property, material goods are worth more than life. It seems as if it is that story "The Emperor Wears No Clothes" and the whole world is paying with the loss of human life which seems to be a disposal commodity in the war industry of people against humanity. Are the slaughters of wars debasing the value of human life? Will the beast, who or whatever it is, ever release it's grip on mankind? Are the standards of social behavior declining? Is there a worldwide moral breakdown? Is society collapsing? Where is the world headed, is there hope? And one could turn the page of the newspaper and forget about these stories and daily atrocities of the world, yet they still exist. And I watched that film Bowling For Columbine by Michael Moore the other day. It is an amazing docuentary to me never seen before in the history of time. And the on the back cover jacket for this film it says: "Acclaimmed filmaker Michael Moore (Roger & Me) takes aim at America's love affair with guns and violence in this Oscar winning film that "demands attention" (People)! Mixing riveting footage, hilarious animation and candid interviews with everyone from the NRA's Charlton Heston to shock rocker Marilyn Manson, Bowling for Columbine is a "brilliant" (The Hollywood Reporter) tour de force of filmaking." I am one voice, one blogger. If only it were possible to go back in time before guns existed. Is another world possible. Peace on earth and goodwill to all mankind. And what does this have to do with a No Police State?
And this latest massacre of the day story, as well as another loss of life story of the day earlier this week are also a psychiatric state. So much that I just find myself reposting the same blog entry I posted just a few weeks ago it seems: And what doe these stories have to do with a No Police State?

And my friend gave me a flyer as we were discussing the latest atrocity of the day in relation to gun violence. It is a flyer she received back in April at Union Square Park of New York City. And it is a flyer about gun violence and psychiatry. The Pharmaceutical industry is bigger than the war industry. Psychiatry Kills. Abolished forced psychiatric treatment. And what's that "One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest" film by Ken Kesey all about anyway. That's a whole another blog posting. For all things human rights and psych cia trickery and alternatives to the mental death system, Mind Freedom is a great website to visit. I am one voice, one blogger. Is another world possible. Peace on earth and goodwill to all mankind. And what does this have to do with a No Police State?
And the flyer went on to read:

What caused the tragedy in "this state"?

It was reported in the Times and the Post Wednesday:

The killer had been taking anti-depressants.

All too often in the present age, we hear the tragic news of a senseless massacre somewhere in the country. Experience has shown, that the killer has almost always, if not absolutely always, been someone who had been prescribed anti-depressants.

The killers with names were kids who had been prescribed the anti-depressant ritalin.
The man who shot someone at this place had been prescribed an anti-depressant whose classic symptom is extreme rage directed at one specific person. The killers in the recent massacres in three different states, also one in another state, had been taking various prescription anti depressants.

Pharmaceutical drugs are prescribed, not as a last resort but as a first thought, not hesitantly but hastily and with excess. They are not properly used, but abused, with no thought of the side effects of taking chemicals which nature did not produce and evolution did not plan for us to be subjected to, like bug spray or insecticide. And this is not a small and isolated phenomenon, but rather a deliberate and systematic poisoning of the bodies and minds of the American people, on an epidemic scale.

The concentration of power, Mr. Moneybags, the State, which controls the American military-industrial complex and the pharmaceutical chemical companies that are an integral part of that system, the State, which, as Eisenhower warned, would one day gain undue influence and endanger our Liberties, has an interest in promoting this epidemic scourge of prescription drug use. Hundreds of billions of dollars a year, are made by the corporations that sell these drugs. It is big business. In addition, the State which experience has shown, for thousands of years all over the globe, tends to want to empower itself and dis-empower the People, gets exactly that benefit from this epidemic of drug use. Power and authority, competency and incompetency breeds corruption. It dis-empowers individuals by making them unhealthy. And it dis-empowers the community and the nation, by making people distrustful of each other; by making people think that their neighbor is a crazy person who they must be protected from; by persuading the People to accept, even to demand, increased police power of the State to protect them. Under such conditions even the will to independence vanishes.

The innovations of scientists and engineers are stolen and subverted by the concentrations of power; a virtue has become a vice, and chemical technology, which can and of right ought to be a liberating force in society, becomes enslaving.

Doctors are encouraged, by the drug industry, to prescribe artificial drugs to their patients. It is a regular practice, for the drug companies to pay a doctor a fee every time that doctor prescribes one of their drugs. It is no secret. In this way, the basic essential character of the American medical profession becomes one of conflict of interest.

The companies that make these drugs exert a great deal of pressure upon the mass media. There are huge advertising contracts, and there is an overlap of ownership between the drug companies and the media companies. The fact that a mass murderer was taking prescription drugs, is one of those things that will show up once in the newspapers, but is immediately and finally buried, and mum becomes the word.

There have been a thousand analyses of the killer in papers, of his history, his personality, his psychological problems; there have been a thousand demands for increased police powers; there have been a thousand calls for the outlawing of guns, and a general de-clawing of the People. But has anyone asked, how is it that society produces so many sick people?

Prescription anti-depressants are known to be a common cause of suicide; they are known to be a constant presence in senseless massacres. Surely the number of individual murders caused by these drugs must be many times greater than the number of massacres. And if there are so many suicides and murders, how many people taking pharmaceuticals must be gravely suffering, but have not quite yet arrived at the point of suicide or murder?

This epidemic of drug use, this deliberate poisoning of the bodies and minds of the American people, this deliberate, and thus far largely successful, did-empowerment of the American people, must stop. It is our purpose to reveal this truth to the American people, so that we may once again live in a sane and healthy society and the tragic deaths of so many good people in this State shall not have been in vain.

The Automobile

The automobile, There must be lots to say about the automobile. I imagine those advocacy groups Transportation Alternatives and Critical Mass would have lots to say about the automobile. And if you happen to be looking for auto insurance for that car, Cost-U-Less Insurance Center has all the car insurance quotes for you. Their website has san jose car insurance for cheap. Many of their stores are located in Northern and Southern California serving cities in and around California such as Anaheim, Palmdale, Long Beach, Whittier, Pomona, Torrance, Santa Ana, San Bernardino, Victorville, Tarzana and Lancaster, and they are expanding all over the state.

Animal Farm

Animal Farm? What's that book all about. I know I am forever blah blogging about George Orwell's 1984 novel, but I always forget about Animal Farm, another one of those books that he wrote. And I think I actually remember reading that book in school of all places, though I can no longer remember a thing about the book except that there were a lot of pigs as characters of the book and that the story seems to be of some sort of political nature with a message to share and a statement to make. And in my Wikipediaing, Wikipedia says that the book seems to be about a farm of animals and something about totalitarianism and some pig that becomes corrupted from power and authority. Now that's interesting. Does this book reflect and mirror life? I should read this book again, or at least all of that Wikipedia entry for it. And what does this have to do with a No Police State? Have a great day.

Love

Today is Valentines day according to that Gregorian Calendar and advertising here in America. And the color red and images of hearts in all shapes and sizes are everywhere today. And there are balloons and dinners everywhere and flowers bought and sold enough ready for burial. And I am not exactly sure what to say about Valentines Day except that it is another one of those holidays in America that seems as if it is supposed to be observed in some sort of way. And so I find myself reposting the following passage that I posted about love several months ago. And who or what is a Valentine anyway. Does Wikipedia have an answer for that? Happy Day of Valentines.

Someone sent an interesting email to my MySpace page inbox yesterday. And the email had the words "love love love, love is the greatest therapy". Interesting. Now that makes me think about the word love. What is it abut that word. There has been ton of things said about it throughout the beginning of time and there are another ton of quotes, sayings, phrases, poems, stories, scriptures, verses and philosophies that have been said about it since the beginning of time. Love is what makes the world go round. Without love, life can be meaningless, maybe. And many a lyrics have been sung to many a love song, and the song titles about love are endless. And many books and romance novels have been written on the topic, and they are endless. And why is the word love, evol spelled backwards? Is there some secret hidden meaning there? Is there a definition for this word. What is its meaning and how can it be summed up into one sentence, if at all? What do the horoscopes have to say about it. And regarding relationships, that's a whole another blog posting. Loves covers all things and above all things are love. And what about divine and brotherly love. Here is an interesting verse about love, or is it charity, in the bible. Peace and love.

Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing. Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away. For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity. 1 Corinthians 13.

And todays posting seems to be about money, money and more money. Even with all those delinquent loans, credit and mortgage stories in the news lately, so much that the Federal Reserve can not print up enough money fast enough to cover it all. And still todays posting is about mortgage, Remortgage, and more mortgages. If only money grew on trees or fell out of the sky, or if only everything in life was free. And if you happen to be looking for a mortgage, MoneyMagic offers every types of mortgage you can think of. You can find fast, free mortgage quotes at their website. MoneyMagic offers simple, fast and different types of mortgages such as Remortgages, Commercial Mortgages, Bad Credit Mortgages, International Mortgages, Bridging Loans, Secured Loans and more. They are all mortgages all the time. And try to remember to pay the creditor back before you find yourself hiding out from the telephone, if the telephone has not been reposessed by that point.

Nublu Nite

Hey Bloggers, this is actually one of those postings that I was hoping could be a blog your way to riches, get rich internet quick post. But for some reason it isn't. So instead I find myself blah blogging yesterdays posting that I posted on my other blog:
Okay, so somehow I wound up at that club Nublu last night in the East Village to see my friend Welf Dorr's band "Funk Monk" play after a night of going to some art opening with all of the free wine and cheese you can eat. And Nublu is this really cool artist collective like club that Ilhan Ersahin started sometime from back in the day with artists who perform there like Brazilian Girls, a band for which the club seems to be mostly known for these days, Forro In The Dark, Kino, Kudu, Kenny Wollesen, Butch Morris and the Nublu Orchestra, Wax Poetic, Real Live Show, John Farris, Karina, Love Trio and a host of others. And they always have these really kool dj's that play there also And that club that seems to be all the rage these days on the nightlife scene, seems like this hip scene thats never been seen before. And so my friends band gave me yet another good reason to drag the camera, whose main purpose seems to be to collect dust these days, out of the closet. And so I couldn't wait to play with the camera again. This blog entry was supposed to have a photo of them playing posted in it also but that didn't happen for some reason, because one thing I figured out in my experiment as a wannabe cameraman is to never attempt to use a camera after a night of free wine and cheese. And so the following is the YouTube video of my friends band on my YouTube page. This one seems to be sort of a cliffhanger video with an abrupt, frustrating ending to me. And the sound of that electronica synthesizer saxophone, and this evolution of the web 2.0 social media user driven content technology thing rocks. Have a great music day.

The Headlines Again

And the whole world is paying with the loss of human life which seems to be a disposal commodity in the war industry of people against humanity. I am one voice, one blogger. If only it were possible to go back in time before guns existed. Is another world possible. Peace on earth and goodwill to all mankind. And what does this have to do with a No Police State?

Chop Shop

Hey bloggers, I am not exactly sure what this movie trailer for the film "Chop Shop", by Ramin Bahrani of "Man Push Cart" is all about that I put in this blog post. It is one of those films that I have been following in the news and in its journey through time and travels and premiers throughout the world for seemingly forever since its inception as "The Iron Triangle". And now this film has finally made its way toward New York City where it opens February 27th at the Film Forum. And the film, or is it a documentary, has something to do with Queens and the invisible people as far as I can figure out. Well, I guess if I want to see more of the film I could just make my way over to that theater when it starts playing. And whatever this film is all about, have a great film day.

This Bicycle

Oh, now that's interesting. There is a photo of a bicycle in this blog entry. And that's a cool, comfortable looking bike that almost looks as if it could be one of those vintage road bikes that can be fun and easy to ride. And I have always liked riding bikes, especially in a city like New York City where most everyone bikes to work or walks to get around town. And then there are those bicycle advocacy groups like Critical Mass and Transportation Alternatives that advocate bicycle safety in the sometimes mean streets of New York City. And what are beach cruiser bicycles. Those sound like bicycles that one can cruise the beach on all day long and nite. And if one is looking to get away from the city streets, those bikes must make for great recreation on the beach, if there is a beach around. I imagine beach cruisers must be fun to ride arond on the beach and boardwalk. And if you happen to be looking for one of those bikes, CruiserStyle.com offers many different kinds of beach cruisers. Their website has Womens Cruisers, Mens Cruisers, Kids Cruisers, Lowriders and Choppers, and parts and accessories and great deals. Their bikes come in many different colors, sizes and speeds. CruiserStyle.com are all bikes, all the time.

Ashes To Ashes

"Ashes to ashes, and dust to dust. Where the good die young, it's all die must..". Isn't that a verse in that "Beat Street" film song I heard before? And it's wacky weather again today. Tornadoes in some states and summertime in New York in the beginning of February. Is this that global warming climate change we should all go green 2012 thing. Anyway, hey bloggers, for what reason is every other person walking around town today with black crosses and smears on their foreheads. Is today Halloween for a certain group of people? And then I passed by a church, and there he was. A Priest standing on the church steps with a bowl of some black stuff, painging passerbys foreheads with more of those x's and crosses, yelling "ashes". And there was a sign nearby that read "Ash Wednesday Service 7:00pm". Oh, it's Ash Wednesday according to that Gregorian Calendar. And what does that mean. A day of ashes on a Wednesday. And ashes for what. Well I think it is some sort of religions holiday and that this is another one of those Wikipedia consultations for me. And whatever this day may mean, happy Ash Wednesday.

Fashion Weak

So I guess time flies sometimes. It is a year later since the following blog posting on my other blog. And here this blog can be repeating itself each time of the year, so much that I find I can repost the same blog entry for the same event, for the same holiday, a year later: If you are weak for fashion than this may be the time of year for you. Fashion week must be coming up sometime soon because all of the newspapers are starting to show those familiar photos of models walking down the runways wearing clothes that say what the latest styles and trends for the upcoming fall, summer, spring, winter or any other season of the day or year it is will be. And what is there to say about fashion except go out and buy more clothes if you want to be stylish and trendy in New York because I am not sure if someone in nowhere ville, no town is as fashion conscious as New Yorkers can be. I myself can only afford to keep up with the latest trends that are to be at the local thrift store and wearing a sheet or a potato sack is good enough for me as a fashion statement. If only every day were Halloween in this town because then I could wear anything and it wouldn't matter because it's Halloween, a day to be free to be whoever one wants to invent oneself as. Happy fashion weak.

This Online Casino

Now that's interesting. Todays blog posting, which was actually meant to be yesterdays blog posting, is about an online casino vegas, vegas casino games, a casino online and money, casinos, and more casinos. And when I think of casinos, I think of Vegas. If you happen to be looking for online casino games, 32vegas.com offers blackjack, slots and over a 100 different casino games. You can play all of the casino games you can think of at their website. They are all casino games all the time.

The Recession Is Over

What does it mean when I find myself going to social events and the topics of conversations become whole passages from my blogs, from memory. Is this one of those 50 Signs You're A Blogaholic? And there was this interesting article in yesterdays Metro titled "Weak Wide Web", it was about two cables that carry Internet traffic deep under the Mediterranean Sea that snapped, disrupting service across Asia and the Middle East and causing a ripple effect to some U.S. and European companies. Now that's interesting, and kind of scary if one in an Internet addict, the idea that the Internet can actually disappear into a black hole to never never land and that it is not some mysterious mythical figure from outer space connecting us all. What would the world be like without the Internet these days. How did the world even exist before the invention of the Internet.
And here is another one of those emails with the subject titled "The Recession Is Over", that was fowarded to my inbox from a friend who sent it to him who sent it to him and so on and so on and so on. And I think this Dave Chappelle video can be funny as heck if one can find humor, I think.
